LIME, PEAR, NUT SALAD

ingredients
- 1 1/2 C boiling water
- 1 small lemon jello
- 1/2 C pear juice
- 1-3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 t ginger
- 2 C canned pears
- 1/2 C toasted pecans
directions
Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water and pear juice. Cool. Whip when as thick as egg whites. Cream the cream cheese and ginger. Blend cream cheese mixture into jello mixture until smooth. Add pears and pecans and stir. Keep chilled.
