Arichokes with Garlic Sauce
A great light dinner - an Anderson family standby.
ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup veganaise
- 2 T half and half or milk
- 3 T tarragon vinegar
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 1/2 t sugar
- 1 t salt
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

Cut off tops of artichoke stems and trim leaves, cover and boil softly until a fork pierces evenly through the stem.

To make sauce, blend together all ingredients until creamy.
