Mud Cake

All time favorite. Can be compared to Brownies. Soft inside and slightly crisp edges.
ingredients
- 100 gr butter
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tbs cacao
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- dab of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of flour
directions

melt butter in a bowl
- 2
mix sugar, cacao, salt and vanilla sugar in another bowl

Mix both together

Add one egg at the time

Slowly add the flour
- 6
Grease a round cake pan and add flour or bread crumbs

Add the mixture to the cake pan

Leave in oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes

Let it get cold, cut and eat!!!
