Layered Taco Dip

ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked in taco seasoning & crumbled
  • 1- 8 oz. container sour cream
  • 1- 8 oz. container guacamole
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 1 can chopped black olives
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

directions

    In a shallow dish or on a plate with raised edges, layer starting from the bottom.

  • 2

    Layers: beans, ground beef, sour cream, green chiles, red onion, guacamole, tomatoes, olives, and top with cheese.

  • 3

    Refrigerate for at least an hour (best if prepared the day before).

  • 4

    For extra spice, add chopped jalapeƱos.
