Microwave Pralines
ingredients
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c white sugar
- 1/3 c karo
- 1/4 c water
- 1 1/2c pecans
- 1 T butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
directions
Mix sugars, karo, and water in a deep glass container. I use the large pyrex batter bowl. Cook 7 to 9 minutes until the candy thermometer reads 238. Add pecans, butter and vanilla. Let stand for 2 minutes. start beating till it is think and ready to drop on wax paper.
