Classic Israeli Salad
ingredients
- 5 Fresh Tomatoes
- 5 Cucumbers
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Medium Red Onion
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley leaves, chopped
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
directions
Dice tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper and onion and place in a large bowl. Toss remaining ingredients with vegetables. Cover and chill.
