Steak Marinade
Great mearinade for any cut or kebabs. The longer it marinates, the more tender the meat, up to 3 days.
ingredients
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 1T brown sugar
- 1T lemon juice
- 1T olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2t minced onion (dried is fine)
- 1/2t ground ginger (or minced fresh)
- 1/4t black pepper
directions
Mix ingredients in zipper bag with meat. Rest in fridge up to 3 days, turning over avery now and then.
