Barbecue Salmon Parmesan
This Salmon is made in aluminum foil packets, and cooked on the grill. You can make the packets ahead of time, and take them over to Andrea and Dan’s to grill for dinner, like I did. This is a picture of Chad and a fish that he caught - Chad doesn’t eat salmon.
ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cube butter
- California Garlic Salt
- 3 T lemon juice
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Pepper
directions

Place salmon on aluminum foil
- 2
Melt the butter in a small pan, add the lemon juice and Garlic salt to taste

Brush the melted mixture on the fish liberally, then cover with the cheese. Repeat process 3-4 times. Top with pepper.

Seal the foil and place on hot BBQ until done.
