Creamy Herb Pasta
ingredients
- 3 pounds wide egg noodles, cooked, drained
- 2 cups half & half
- 2 cups milk
- 4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Italian herb seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
directions
Preheat 18-quart roaster oven to 350° F. Combine all ingredients in roaster oven; stir gently until well mixed. Cover; bake 45 to 60 minutes, or until set.
notes
To hold: Reduce temperature to 250° F. Add milk if pasta begins to dry.
