Pan Fried Garlic Potatoes
Garlic and potatoes...can’t go wrong
ingredients
- 2.5 lbs small new potatoes (unpeeled)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp corn oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender. Drain and cool.

Quarter potatoes and set aside

Chop garlic coarsely. Melt butter with corn and olive oils in skilled over medium heat. Add potatoes and cook five minutes, stirring frequently.

Increase heat to high. Cook potatoes until golden brown turning frequently about 20 minutes.

Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper and saute 2 minutes or more.

Serve with steak or roast.
