Spinach Dip Recipe
ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese, soft
- 8 oz. M. Jack Cheese, grated
- 4 oz. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 (10) oz. cans rotel
- 2 (10) oz. pkg. spinach thawed
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
directions
Place spinach in a colander and press out excess water. Mix all ingred. Baked 350 about 30 minutes or until hot. Serve with melba rounds or chips.
