Kristin Jensen's Mexican Dip
ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 1 can Diced Chili
- Medium Chopped Onion
- 2 tbsp. Cumin
- 28 oz. Italian Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. Garlic
- Shredded Jack Cheese
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- Optional: Chopped Cilantro to taste

Combine butter, diced chili, onion and cumin. Microwave for 2 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes and garlic. Microwave 3 minutes.

Add jack cheese, cream cheese. Microwave 2 minutes.

Add cilantro (optional)
