Mini Barbecue Meatloaves

- 1 lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 box Stuffing Mix
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbls Ketchup
- 8 tsp Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 Sweet Onion, diced

Prehead oven to 375 F. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, ketcup and onions

until well blended. Press evening into 8 muffin cups sprayed with Pam; make an indentation in the centre of each the back of a spoon.

Spoon barebecue sauce evenly into indentations in meatloaves.

Bake 30 mins or until meatloaves are cooked through. Let stand 10 min

before serving.
