A DELICIOUS GRILLED RUBBED SALMON!!! THIS RECIPE IS FROM SALLY CHANDLER-MURPHY MY ADOPTED SISTA!!!! LOVE YOU SAL AND THANKS!!!

ingredients

  • 1 SALMON FILLET (1 1/2 LB.)
  • 1 TABLESPOON BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 TEASPOON KOSHER SALT
  • 1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 TEASPOON GROUND GINGER
  • 1 TEASPOON GROUND CORIANDER
  • 1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
  • 1/4 TO 1/2 TEASPOON ALLSPICE
  • 1/2 TEASPOON OLIVE OIL

    COMBINE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS.

    PLACE SALMON, SKIN SIDE DOWN, ON A CUTTING BOARD AND BRUSH WITH THE OLIVE OIL.

    THEN GENTLY RUB THE MIXTURE INTO FISH.

    COVER LIGHTLY WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND CHILL FOR 15. MIN.

    PLACE FISH SKIN SIDE DOWN ON GRILL RACK THAT IS COATED WITH COOKING SPRAY. GRILL 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL FISH IS FLAKY. REALLY GOOD!!!
