LOADED MASHED POTATOES
ingredients
- 1 Pound Small New Potatoes – Quartered
- 1/4 Stick Butter
- 2 Bundles Chopped Green Onions
- 1/3 Cup 2% Milk
- 1 1/2 Cups 2% Mild Cheddar Cheese - Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- Kosher Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 Cups Crumbled Hormel Real Bacon

Boil potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, until tender. About 15-20 minutes.

Mash potatoes, add butter, milk, and sour cream. Then stir in cheese, green onions, bacon, and salt/pepper to taste.
