Cheesey Potato Casserole

Mix together all ingredients except for parmesan. Pour into a lightly greased 9“ x 13” pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350°F for 60 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes more.
