Baked Shrimp Souffle
Shrimp Souffle
ingredients
- 8 slices of bread, buttered and diced
- 1 cup of shrimp (fresh or canned)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 teasp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Arrange 1/2 bread in greased(shallow) casserole dish.

Layer cheese and cooked shrimp over bread.

Blend remaining ingredients and pour over arrangement.

Bake at 325 for 40 minutes or until set.

Serve hot.
