  • 1 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Sticks Butter - Softened
  • 3/4 Cup Hershey’s Cocoa
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 10-12 Ounce Bag Chocolate Chunk Chocolate Chips
  • 15 Ounce Coconut Pecan Icing

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Beat butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.

    Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Stir flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt together; gradually add to the butter mixture, beating until well blended.

    Add chocolate chips. Use a ice cream scoop with the arm leaver to make your cookies – small one.

    Bake for 8 – 10 minutes and cool completely.

  • 6

    When the cookies have cooled completely, spoon the icing onto a cookie and place another cookie on top to make the sandwich cookie.
