1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 12 oz. can pumpkin
⅛ c. water
3 c. brown sugar
3½ c. flour
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. pumpkin spice
Mix together all wet ingredients and sugar. Mix together dry ingredients and add to wet.
Butter and flour two loaf pans. Fill with batter. Bake at 350°F for 70 minutes.
