  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups of sifted flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2-3 TBSP cocoa
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2-3 TBSP cocoa
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (16oz) box confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Brownies

Beat eggs well. Gradually add sugar while continuing to beat. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until thoroughly blended. In separate bowl blend oil and cocoa; add to egg mixture. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Turn into greased 13X9 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Spread Fudge icing over warm brownies. Cool completely before cutting

    Melt margarine in large saucepan. Add cocoa and milk; bring to boil. Immediately add confectioners sugar and beat with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in vanilla.

    Place margarine in large glass measure. Cook on high for 45 seconds. Add cocoa and milk; cook on high until mixture boils. Immediately add confectioners sugar and beat with wire whisk until smooth.
