Black Bean Roll-ups
ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped olives, well drained
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 garlic powder
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained
- 5 (10 inch) flower tortillas

In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients.

Put black beans in a food processor or blender and beat until smooth.

Spread black beans on tortillas, then cream cheese mixture.

Roll and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.

Cut tortillas into 6-8 slices.
