Delicious breakfast souffle! Perfect for a potluck brunch!

ingredients

  • 12 slices of bread (any kind)
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 package frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb of sausage, cooked and crumbled

directions

Melt stick of butter in a 9X13 pan. Toast and cube 12 slices of bread. Layer bread, spinach, cheese, sausage in a pan until ingredients are used up. Beat eggs and add milk. Pour over the bread layered mixture. Let set over night. Bake at 350 covered with foil for the first 45 minutes. Take off foil for the last 15 minutes.
