Christmas Cinnamon Bubble

ingredients

  • Maraschino Cherries, Halved (Green and Red for Christmas)
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Pkg. Frozen Parkerhouse Dinner Rolls
  • 1/2 Cup Pecan Pieces

    1.Place the pecans and cherry pieces in bottom of ungreased tube pan.

    2.Melt 1/2 stick of butter and brown sugar together in a saucepan on the stove. Pour on top of the cherries and pecans.

    3.Melt the other 1/2 stick of butter in saucepan on the stove.

    4.Add white sugar and cinnamon. Roll the frozen rolls in this mixture. 5.Place the rolls tightly in the pan.

    6.Allow to rise overnight.

    7.Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.

    8.When you remove from the oven, run a knife around the edges and allow the pan to sit about 5 minutes before turning onto a serving plate.

I like to make this on Christmas Eve and bake it on Christmas morning, but it’s good any day of the year! I don't count the cherries. The more you use, the prettier.
