STRING BEAN & ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE
This recipe was given to me by Michelle Hennessey in New Orleans and she said it is a common dish they serve in most homes during the holidays.
ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 or 3 cans of French style string beans (drain)
- 2 cans of artichoke hearts (wash & drain)
- 1 1/2C Italian bread crumbs
- 1C Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2C Olive Oil
- 4 garlic toes
directions

Sauté onions, garlic in olive oil. Then add the rest of the ingredients.

Bake in a 350 degree oven until hot.
