Aunt Marsha's Dressing
ingredients
- 2 loaves bread of your choice
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3/4 c. celery, diced
- 1 stick butter
- 3 c. water
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 c. broth from bird
- 1 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste

Spray deep aluminum pan with nonstick spray.

Tear apart the two loaves of bread into the aluminum pan and set aside. Dice the onion and celery. Place into a pan with butter, water, and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil and cook until tender. Add one cup of broth from the bird.

Mix together in a separate bowl the milk, eggs, and salt and pepper.

Pour both mixtures over bread and mix well. Mixture should be very moist, if not, add more broth, about another cup.

Bake at 350 degrees covered for about 30 minutes, then uncover to finish for about 10-15 minutes.

This will serve 10-15 people.
