Gary's Clam Bake
We enjoyed this dinner with Gary on Father’s Day 2009. The Best Father’s Day meal Ever!
ingredients
- 2 lbs sausage (chourico or linguica)
- 12 small red potatoes
- 6 ears corn (cut in half)
- 6 lbs clams
- 3 lbs mussels
- 3 lbs shrimp
- Old Bay Seasoning to taste
- 3 cans beer
- water
- 1 lg onion cut into med. pieces
- NEED LARGE POT***
directions

Add potatoes, onion, old bay, sausage and beer to steamer pot.

Add enough water to cover, bring to boil.

Boil 10 min. add corn.
- 4
Boil 5 min. add clams.
- 5
Boil 5 min. add mussels and shrimp.

Boil 12 min.

Drain and Serve!

*Drawn butter and Cocktail sauce as needed!
