We enjoyed this dinner with Gary on Father’s Day 2009. The Best Father’s Day meal Ever!

ingredients

  • 2 lbs sausage (chourico or linguica)
  • 12 small red potatoes
  • 6 ears corn (cut in half)
  • 6 lbs clams
  • 3 lbs mussels
  • 3 lbs shrimp
  • Old Bay Seasoning to taste
  • 3 cans beer
  • water
  • 1 lg onion cut into med. pieces
  • NEED LARGE POT***

directions

  • 1

    Add potatoes, onion, old bay, sausage and beer to steamer pot.

  • 2

    Add enough water to cover, bring to boil.

  • 3

    Boil 10 min. add corn.

  • 4

    Boil 5 min. add clams.

  • 5

    Boil 5 min. add mussels and shrimp.

  • 6

    Boil 12 min.

  • 7

    Drain and Serve!

  • 8

    *Drawn butter and Cocktail sauce as needed!
