Pineapple Cheeseball

ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (set out at room temperature for about 1 hr)
- 1 (8 oz) can of crushed pineapple (well drained)
- 1/8 – 1/4 cup chopped red or green pepper
- 1 tbsp finely chopped sweet onion
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
directions
Roll into ball. Put 1/2 cup nuts in cheeseball & reserve at least 1/2 cup to roll cheeseball in.
notes
** If cheeseball is not forming into a ball very well, put in the refrigerator about 15 minutes, then roll in the pecans.
