Apricot Salad
ingredients
- 2 3oz. packs apricot jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can apricots undrained
- 1 8oz philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonaise
- 1 cup chopped pecans
directions
Mix jello and boiling water. Combine apricots and cream cheese in blender. Blend until smooth. Add to jello, allow to chill until it begins to set. Mix in pecans and pour into jello mold. Allow to set completely and unmold into dish.

This has been Britney's favorite since she was a child. Uusally at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
