Fillet of Sole
ingredients
- 1 pound fillet of sole
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 cup white wine
directions

Place fillets in a low and greased casserole.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley and lemon juice.

Dot with butter.

Place sliced onion on top of fish and pour white wine over top.

Bake at 400° for about 15 minutes.
