Banana Bread
This bread tastes best with REALLY ripe bananas. I let them get pretty much black before I use them. You can also mash the ripe bananas and freeze them for future use.
ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 4 cups ripe bananas

Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Blend ripe bananas in a food processor, add to sugar and butter mixture. Add eggs and blend well. Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture.

Pour batter into two greased and floured 9“x5” loaf pans. Bake at 325°F for 60-70 minutes.
