ingredients

  • FILLINGS
  • CHERRY
  • 2 Cans Pitted pie cherries
  • 1 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1/3 C Flour
  • 1/4 t Almond extract
  • PEACH
  • 1-29 oz Can peaches
  • 1 t Lemon juice
  • 1/4 C Flour
  • 1/4 t Cinnamon
  • BLUEBERRY
  • 12 oz Frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1/3 C Flour
  • 1 T Lemon Juice
  • APPLE
  • 5 Apples
  • 2/3-3/4 C Sugar
  • 1/4 C Flour
  • 1/2 t Nutmeg and cinnamon

    Bottom crust:Combine 1 C flour, 2 T sugar and 6 T butter, stir with fork until blended, add 1 egg yolk until in ball. Press evenly into 9” ban

  • 2

    Topping: Mix 1 C flour, 1/2 C firm margarine and 1/2 C Brown Sugar until crumbly, sprinkle over pie. Bake at 425 for 35-45 minutes, except apple bake 40-50 minutes.
