Easy Fruit Pie
ingredients
- FILLINGS
- CHERRY
- 2 Cans Pitted pie cherries
- 1 1/2 C Sugar
- 1/3 C Flour
- 1/4 t Almond extract
- PEACH
- 1-29 oz Can peaches
- 1 t Lemon juice
- 1/4 C Flour
- 1/4 t Cinnamon
- BLUEBERRY
- 12 oz Frozen blueberries
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1/3 C Flour
- 1 T Lemon Juice
- APPLE
- 5 Apples
- 2/3-3/4 C Sugar
- 1/4 C Flour
- 1/2 t Nutmeg and cinnamon

Bottom crust:Combine 1 C flour, 2 T sugar and 6 T butter, stir with fork until blended, add 1 egg yolk until in ball. Press evenly into 9” ban

Topping: Mix 1 C flour, 1/2 C firm margarine and 1/2 C Brown Sugar until crumbly, sprinkle over pie. Bake at 425 for 35-45 minutes, except apple bake 40-50 minutes.
