Peas and Asparagus Casserole
ingredients
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 can asparagus, drained
- Velveeta Cheese, thin slices
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 1 stick butter

Layer peas, asparagus, cheese, soup and buttered crackers. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly (about 25 minutes).

For crackers, crush one sleeve of crackers. Melt one stick of butter in a skillet, add crushed crackers and brown. Cool.
