Sherry's Baked Beans
This goes out to my son, Jabe.
ingredients
- 1 Large (28 - 32 oz) Can Pork ’n Beans, drained
- 1 Large Onion, diced finely
- 1 Green Pepper, diced finely
- 1 1/2 Cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 Pound Bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2
Add olive oil to frying pan. Add diced onion and green pepper. Cook until tender.

In a large bowl, add Beans, cooked Onion, and Green Pepper, Brown Sugar, Ketchup, Yellow Mustard and Bacon. Mix together well.

Spray inside of casserole dish with cooking spray.

Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Instead of baking, place in Crock Pot on low setting for 4 hours.
