Beef Vegetable Soup in the Crock Pot
really super easy and really good on a cold day
ingredients
- 1 package of beef stew meat
- 2 potatoes peeled and cubed
- 3/4 cup carrots cut up
- 10-14 oz V8 juice
- 1/2 C frozen corn
- 1/2 C frozen green beans
- 1/2 C frozen peas
- 1 can beef broth
directions

Put the meat in the crock pot, season it how you like and cover with the V8 juice. Cook on high for about 2 hours.

Reduce heat to low and add the rest of the ingredients, cook on low for 4 to 6 hours
