  • CHEDDAR, MUENSTER, BRICK OR COLBY
  • CHEESE
  • 2 EGGS BEATEN
  • SEASONED DRY BREAD CRUMBS OR FLOUR
  • VEGETABLE OIL

    CUT CHEESE INTO 1/2 INCH THICK CUBES.

  • 2

    DIP EACH CUBE IN BEATEN EGG. COAT WITH CRUMBS, REPEAT. FRY IN HOT OIL, UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
