Chicago Deep Dish Dough
ingredients
- 2 T yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup veg. oil
- 4 T olive oil
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 5 1/2 cups flour
directions
Beat with 1/2 amount of flour about 10 minutes. Add the rest of the flour, knead. Allow to double in size. Beat down. Let rise again. Beat down and use.
