Pierogi Casserole
ingredients
- 10-12 white potatoes cooked
- 3/4 POUND Velvetta shredded
- 2 onions cooked
- 2 STICKS margarine
- 12-15 lasange noodles cooked
directions
Saute onions and margarine. Mash potatoes adding cheese and half of onion mixture. Spray 9x13 -in. pan with PAM spray. Layer noodles, potatoes and cheese mixture and some onion mixture. Repeat and ending with noodles. Put a little melted margarine on top. Cover with foil and bake 350° 40-50 minutes.
