Goulash

We had this many times growing up. Mainly because it fed a crowd (there were 6 of us!) and it usually meant there were leftovers for the next day. Today you’re luck for any leftovers to be around!

ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 2 Stalks Celery, finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Parsley
  • 1 Can Mushrooms, or 5-6 Fresh, sliced
  • 1 lg Tin Tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 3 Cups Macaroni Paste, Cooked
