Goulash
We had this many times growing up. Mainly because it fed a crowd (there were 6 of us!) and it usually meant there were leftovers for the next day. Today you’re luck for any leftovers to be around!
ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 2 Stalks Celery, finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1/2 Tsp Oregano
- 1/2 Tsp Parsley
- 1 Can Mushrooms, or 5-6 Fresh, sliced
- 1 lg Tin Tomatoes
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 3 Cups Macaroni Paste, Cooked
