Sausage Casserole
ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 tube crescent rolls
- 6 eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

In a skillet, crumble and cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink.

Drain and set aside.

Unroll the crescent dough into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish; pressing the dough up the sides about 1/2 inch and press the seams together.

Sprinkle with sausage.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk and pepper; pour over sausage.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake uncovered at 400° for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
