Pumpkin Crunch
recipe calls for a yellow cake mix, which is very good. I’m making tomorrow with a spice cake mix. Thinking about a gingerbread cake mix as well. White cake mix is also very normal.
This recipe has many different varieties and names, but most are all the same with minor changes.
ingredients
- 1 29 oz can Pumpkin
- 3 eggs Beaten
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup Evaporated milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt (scant)
- 1 yellow cake mix, Trying a spice cake
- 1 cube melted butter/margrine
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Mix all together except the cake mix, nuts and butter.

spread out in a 9x13 glass baking dish.

Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the top

Pour on the melted butter over the top

sprinkly the crushed nuts over the top

Cover with alum foil and Bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes

Remove foil for the last 15 minutes

Serve with whipped cream, or ice cream or just cream
