Christmas Candy - Chocolate Peppermint Bark
This is probably the easiest candy recipe to make. You pretty much just melt chocolate. Perfect if you want a nice, inexpensive gift to give at Christmas.
ingredients
- 16 oz. white chocolate
- 16 oz. dark chocolate
- 1 cup chopped peppermint candies

Melt dark chocolate in the microwave or over a double broiler. Spread on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Put in the refrigerator to harden.

Then melt white chocolate in the microwave or over a double broiler. Spread over layer of dark chocolate. Sprinkle peppermint candies on top. Place back in the refrigerator until cool. Break into pieces.
