I love to eat breakfast. Sometimes I just don’t have the time to cook it. So a casserole will last me a couple of days.

ingredients

  • 1 1/2lbs. pork sausage or any breakfast sausage
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese (your choice) I use cheddar
  • 1 tbs. minced garlic
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/3 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt, black pepper, garlic powder

directions

  • 1

    Cook sausage and garlic according to directions and drain off excess grease

  • 2

    Press crescent dough into 13x9 pan and seal the edges together It should make a rectangle.

    Sprinkle sausage evenly over dough.

  • 4

    In a bowl combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Mix well

  • 5

    Pour evenly over sausage

  • 6

    Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until set
