Breakfast Casserole
I love to eat breakfast. Sometimes I just don’t have the time to cook it. So a casserole will last me a couple of days.
ingredients
- 1 1/2lbs. pork sausage or any breakfast sausage
- 1 can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 2 cups of shredded cheese (your choice) I use cheddar
- 1 tbs. minced garlic
- 4 large eggs
- 3/3 cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt, black pepper, garlic powder

Cook sausage and garlic according to directions and drain off excess grease

Press crescent dough into 13x9 pan and seal the edges together It should make a rectangle.

Sprinkle sausage evenly over dough.

In a bowl combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Mix well

Pour evenly over sausage

Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until set
