Bailey's Irish Cream Cheese Cake

This is a cheesecake with a “sophisticated” flavor. Very yummy!
ingredients
Crust:- 2 cups finely ground Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 5 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 Tbs. flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
directions
Crust:
Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press mixture into a 9” spring form pan. Bake at 375°F for 7-8 minutes. Cool and fill with pie filling. Take out and turn oven down to 350°F.
Filling:

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Slowly add sugar, four, and cocoa. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add sour cream and Bailey’s. Pour over crust.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave in for 1 more hour with the door shut. Put cheesecake in the refrigerator and chill for 4-5 hours.
Glaze:
Heat cream and chocolate chips until melted. Drizzle over cold cheese cake.
