Crust:
1 pkg. graham crackers or 15 Oreo cookies
⅓ c. powdered sugar
⅓ c. cocoa
6 Tbs melted butter
Filling:
5 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
1 Tbs. flour
¼ c. cocoa
3 eggs
⅓ c. sour cream
⅓ c. Bailey’s cream
Glaze:
½ c. cream
9 oz. chocolate chips
Crush crackers or cookies finely. Mix with other ingredients and press on bottom of a 10" spring form pan.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Slowly add sugar, four, and cocoa. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add sour cream and Bailey’s. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hr. Turn off oven and leave in for 1 more hour with the door shut. Take out and chill.
Heat cream and chocolate chips until melted. Pour over cold cheese cake.
