Meatloaf (More traditional)
ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef (I use Turkey Meat)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion, Chopped and sauteed
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Mustard
- 1/3 Cup Ketchup

Preheat oven to 350.

To soften onions, saute chopped onions on high heat with butter.

In Large bowl, Combine ,beef(or turkey), egg, onion, milk, and bread crumbs.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix well with hands and place in a lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan.’

In a separate bowl, mix mustard, brown sugar, and ketchup.

Pour mixture over meatloaf and Bake for one hour
