Mediterranean Salsa
A takeaway from the Whole Foods recipe. Great with pita chips or toasted baguette. Quantities are aproximate. Taste as you go.
ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup minced Kalamata olives
- 2 green onions sprigs, minced
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 tsp. fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
