Ham Wraps
Always a hit-you may want to double this recipe!
ingredients
- 10 burrito sized tortillas
- 1 lb sliced ham
- 2 blocks cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons green onions finely chopped
- 1/3 cup mayo
directions
Bring cream cheese to room temperature add mayo and mix well. Stir in onions. Spread cream cheese mixture on to tortilla then add ham and then roll the tortilla up. Once you’ve wrapped all of your tortillas cover with tinfoil and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Overnite is best. Cut ham wraps about 1/4 inch slices and serve.
