Vernice Pullen Broccoli Casserole
ingredients
- 1 10oz pkg. chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup mushroom soup, undulated
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 tsp minced onion
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- cheese cracker crumbs
directions
Cook broccoli about 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain and put in colander and steam over boiling water 10 minutes. Mix mushroom soup, mayo, onion, cheese and egg with broccoli. Put into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese cracker crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°.
notes
Better if mixed the day before it is baked.
