Roasted Red Onion Vinaigrette
ingredients
- 4 Red Onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1 cup Soy Oil
- 4 Cloves Roasted Garlic
- Salt & Pepper to Taste

directions
Roast Onion until golden brown. Allow to cool. Place all ingredients in a robot coup and turn machine on. Form an emulsion with the oil. Salt & Pepper to taste.
