Wisconson Potato Cheese Soup
ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 4 cups diced peeled potatoes
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- dash of paprika
- 2 cups (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
directions
Saute celery and onion. Add potatoes and chicken broth and boil until potatoes are soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and add heat, but do not boil.
