Asian Lettuce Wraps

ingredients

Chicken Filling
  • 4 chicken breasts (minced in cuisine-art)
  • 2 TBSP chili garlic sauce (less)
  • 2TBSP soy sauce
  • 1 TBSP oyster sauce
  • ~1TBSP sesame oil (careful, can overpower)
  • 3-4 chopped green onions
  • 1 TBSP brown sugar
  • 2 TBSP mango chutney
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chicken brother
  • Large bunch cilantro
Sauce
  • 2 TBSP hoisin, rice vinegar and soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

directions

    1. Mix together chicken, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Cook for 5 minutes and add green onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.

    2. Add brown sugar, mango chutney, peanut butter, cilantro and chicken broth to mixture. Cook until all liquid is absorbed and has nice brown look.
